Trinidad Perfume is a seasoning pepper. This means it is used to flavor dishes, not eaten like a vegetable. The orange-yellow fruits are about 1" long with an odd shaped. They are sweetly fragrant with a tropical flavor and little or no heat.
Excellent for adding to soups, sauces and curries. The compact plants are perfect for containers. Latin name: Capsicum chinense.
