Tomato 'Summer Cider'
(85 days)
25 seeds $3.00
Summer Cider tomato is a large beefsteak that tastes as good as it looks. It may be the best yellow-orange tomato we've ever grown. I just wish it was earlier. The 1-2 pound, apricot-colored fruits appear late in the season. The flavor is sweet and fruity, and the texture is creamy. Potato-leaf foliage.
Tomato 'Summer Cider' was bred by Tom Wagner and introduced in 1998 by
K. Sahin in the Netherlands.
