Lavender 'Lady' is a compact lavender for small gardens or the front of the border. It blooms in mid summer with lavender-blue flowers. It has a wonderful fragrance that is perfect for potpourri. Attracts bees and butterflies.
 
Lavender 'Lady' is a first-year flowering perennial. It works well in containers and rock gardens. It can be grown as a short hedge for edging the front of the border by spacing the plants 10" apart. 
 
Lavandula angustifolia 'Lady' is a drought tolerant perennial that thrives in poor, well-drained soil. Prune it back in late summer after the flowers fade. All-America Selections winner in 1994. Hardy in zones 5-9.

Sowing Lady Lavender Seeds
Start lavender seeds indoors in late winter. Barely cover the seeds with soil, then refrigerate for 3 weeks. Full sun. Well-drained soil.
