Geum 'Mrs. Bradshaw' blooms in early summer with semi-double, scarlet-red flowers on graceful stems. Also known as Geum 'Fireball' (Feuerball).
The color is bold, but the flowers are small enough that the overall effect is not overpowering. It combines well with other flowers for a relaxed, cottage garden look. I rarely see self-sown plants in the garden, but the old plants are long-lived.
