Dracocephalum ruyschiana 'Blue Moon' has deep blue, hooded flowers in late spring to early summer. I'm very fond of it because it blooms at a time when there are few other flowers in the garden.
Dracocephalum ruyschiana looks great with other early bloomers like aubrieta, Alyssum saxatile, Iberis gibraltarica, Lychnis viscaria and columbine.
