Digitalis floribunda
(Cluster-Flowering Foxglove)
250 seeds $3.75
Digitalis floribunda is a very rare and lovely species with light yellow flowers that look similar to Digitalis grandiflora.
Digitalis floribunda blooms earlier than most other foxgloves - about the same time as iris and peonies. In my garden, it's planted in the shade with Viola 'Admiration'. It self-sows nicely. It can also be grown in containers.
I got my original seeds from Thompson & Morgan many years ago, before they stopped selling seeds in the U.S.
Also known as Cluster-Flowering Foxglove. Deer resistant. Hardy perennial in zones 3-9.
