Allium caesium is native to central Asia. The 4" globes of indigo-blue flowers bloom for a long time in June.
Allium caesium attracts bees and beneficial insects. Place it near the front of the border with other small perennials. It appreciates well-drained soil in full sun.
Also known as Allium urceolatum. Deer resistant. Hardy perennial in zones 4-7.
